Club Structure

The Burlington Gymnastics Club Inc has 2 divisions within its structure. Each division is independent, hires its own staff, operates its own budget, and has a Management Committee to oversee all its operations.

Administrative Structure as set up within the by laws of the Burlington Gymnastics Club Inc.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Responsible for all legal workings of the corporation, the facility and the by-laws. Meets 4 times per year.

Made up of current members who are serving on the Management Committees below. Responsible for the day to day ongoing operations of the shared facility

RECREATION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE:

Develops innovative programs, sets program costs, schedules etc of Recreation programs

COMPETITIVE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE:

Coaching costs; approves expenses, operates budget of competitive programs, manages fundraising projects and volunteer commitments of competitive families, organizes competitions. Liase with coaching staff and Board of Directors.
